The VDO A2C1102960001 rudder angle sensor is a dual-station sender for ViewLine series helm-controlled vessels that measures the rudder's current position over a range of -45° to +45° with a 5–90 ohm resistance output.

It connects to the rudder stock and operates on 6–24 V DC with a simple two-wire connection; the 5–90 ohm output matches the VDO rudder angle gauge to continuously and accurately transmit rudder position. The dual-station design feeds two separate gauges.
