The Mastervolt DC Master 12/24 3-5A is a compact DC-DC converter that steps up from a 12 V system to 27.2 V. It generates the voltage needed to power 24 V equipment such as thrusters and windlasses from a 12 V battery bank, through a small, lightweight, and quiet unit.
On boats and in caravans some equipment runs at 12 V while other devices run at 24 V; the DC Master meets this need with its low-heat intelligent electronics. It provides 2 min of additional peak power for short-duration demands and installs quickly with integrated mounting brackets and push-fit connectors.
