Mastervolt Charge Mate 1202, 120 Ampere, Dual Output, Charge Equalizer. Mastervolt Charge Mate is an automatic battery relay that combines two battery banks when the voltage exceeds a preset value for more than five seconds. This allows sequential charging of batteries. When voltage drops, the battery banks become independent again. This automatic mode is the default setting when no optional remote control is added. An additional mode is Start Support mode. In this mode, a single button connects an extra battery bank to the main battery bank for support purposes. The connection is automatically removed after 30 seconds. Charge Mate provides clear information about the battery connection status. LEDs on the unit show open relays. When one of the batteries starts charging, the LEDs slowly start blinking and continue for 30 seconds until the relay closes. When the relay closes, the LED starts to glow continuously.
