The Mastervolt Charge Combiner 1202 is an electro-mechanical battery combiner relay that automatically connects and disconnects two battery banks. It carries 120 A continuous current in 12/24 V systems and handles up to 600 A peak current for short durations.
It connects battery banks in parallel during charging to charge them all simultaneously, then automatically separates them during discharge to protect the starter battery. Its robust electro-mechanical relay construction is suited to demanding marine conditions (−40…+60 °C) and high currents.
