The Mastervolt AGM 12/225 is a maintenance-free 12 V 225 Ah marine battery with electrolyte (a mixture of water and sulfuric acid) absorbed in fiberglass mat. It produces no gas under normal use and can be mounted in any orientation.
It is suitable for excellent starting performance and moderate cyclic use, and is a significant upgrade over flooded lead-acid batteries. The fiberglass technology provides low internal resistance, while thick plates extend service life. It is compatible with all standard battery terminals.
