Blue Sea Systems SafetyHub 100 Fuse Block - 7725

The Blue Sea Systems SafetyHub 100 is an ignition-protected, IP66 sealed fuse block that combines up to 7 fused circuits in one compact unit. It holds three MIDI®/AMI® fuses (30–200 A) for high-current loads such as panel feeds, windlasses and stereo amplifiers, and four ATO®/ATC® blade fuses (1–20 A) for low-current loads such as bilge pumps, alarms and clock memory.

It acts as a distribution point for a single heavy input cable from the battery or battery switch, reducing the number of connections on board. The low-current outputs leave through an integrated trailer-style connector plug with 12" leads, giving a secure, waterproof connection without loose wires. Being ignition protected, it is safe for gasoline-powered boats and meets USCG and ABYC requirements. Fuses are sold separately.

Installation & Wiring

Blue Sea Systems 7725 SafetyHub 100 installation instructions and wiring diagram
  • Mounting: Install in an accessible, dry location as close as possible to the battery, ideally vertically. Do not mount directly above vented lead-acid batteries.
  • Unswitched use: Connect the positive battery terminal directly to the input stud for circuits that must stay powered (e.g. bilge pumps at moorage).
  • Switched use: Connect the battery switch output to the input stud for trailer or dry storage boats.
  • Input stud torque: 20.3 Nm (15 ft-lb).
  • AMI®/MIDI® circuits: Connect high-amp loads such as engine starting, distribution panel or windlass to the numbered high-amp studs.
  • ATO®/ATC® circuits: Connect low-amp loads such as bilge pump, VHF radio, clock memory or alarm through the included wire harness and connector plug.
  • Engine starting: Starting circuits do not require fusing; if left unfused, use the Blue Sea 7732 Engine Circuit Link Bus instead of an AMI®/MIDI® fuse.
